Kathleen is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Dance Performance & Choreography where she teaches Critical Writing for Dance, Choreographic Process I and II, all levels of Contemporary Modern technique, Improvisation, and Dance Perspectives and Process. She also advises Senior Capstone projects. Kathleen served as Director of Spelman Dance Theatre and curator of the Studio Sessions Geffen Master Class series for 5 years. She began teaching at Spelman in 2008 and has been a full-time faculty member since 2016.
